Tables are limited to 1 table to an exhibitor. This also means tables cannot be shared between multiple exhibitors. No exceptions.
Tables are sold only as full tables. Table dimensions are 160 x 90 cm.
Please send all Exhibitor applications to [email protected]
An assistant is a person who is only there to assist the registered Exhibitor with setting up or packing down, as well as helping the Exhibitor with their sales, and may not sell their own merchandise or services. Any assistant found to be doing so will have their badge rescinded and will be required to leave the Exhibitor Hall and/or the convention. An Exhibitor is only permitted one assistant. That assistant must be a full paying attendee, either via Exhibitor registration or their own. Only people wearing Exhibitor or Assistant badges will be allowed to sit behind a Exhibitor table.
Check In and Setup
All Exhibitors must go through registration first and receive their badge before checking into the Exhibitor Hall. All Exhibitors must then check in with the Exhibitor Hall Coordinator before going to their assigned table. Exhibitors must clearly display their Exhibitor badge for identification to use their assigned table(s). If you are not clearly identified as an Exhibitor, you will be required to leave the table. The registered Exhibitor must check in before assistants may gain access to their table, unless specifically arranged otherwise with the Coordinator.
Table and Decor
Posting anything on the walls is allowed with ‘blu tack’ or specific non-marking tape only; no other tape is permitted. Anything posted on walls must be removed at the end of the convention. The cost of fixing any damage caused by tape will be charged to the person(s) responsible. It is advised you bring a display stand, pin-board or frame if you wish to do anything more ambitious. All Exhibitors will be required to leave their table area clean. Any cleaning costs incurred by ConFurgence will be passed on to the offending Exhibitor(s). Exhibitors are advised to bring tablecloths if they wish to cover their wares after closing hours, as spares will not be available. The Exhibitor Hall is located in a closed room of the convention centre and will be closed/locked after hours. Please try not to leave anything behind that you may require later as it may be impossible to access the area after closing hours.
